CLOSING DATE: Entries close 5.00 pm, Friday 17th January 2025

ACCEPTANCES: Online entries will be confirmed by with confirmation email and payment email. See www.mxt.co.nz for rider lists and updates.
​​​​​​​Gates will be closed when your Riders Briefing commences and all entering venue after that time will be charged gate admission. Saturday riders will receive 1 x free gate pass for Sunday following Saturday’s race programme.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:  
1. CHAMPIONSHIP LICENCES COMPULSORY for all Championship classes alternatively, Special Event Upgrade are available see entry form. (8-11 years 65cc class entrants must hold Junior Championship licence)

2. MNZ Club Licence or One Event Licence valid for all Mini's, Vets & Support classes

3. SPECIAL EVENT UPGRADE LICENCE: For all riders who are competing in the Championship classes who hold a Club Licence, you can purchase a special event upgrade licence, this licence must be applied and paid for with online entry before entry closing date. A rider can only purchase one Special Event Upgrade Licence in a licencing season.  Riders in the Support Class can enter on a Championship / Club or One Event Licence. 

4. Competitors from other countries are eligible to enter subject to MNZ receiving Start Permission and/or FIM Licence (if applicable) and in accordance with MNZ Manual of Motorcycle Sport along with any supplements, and these Supplementary Regulations.

5. JUNIORS - Before competing in a New Zealand National or Championship event, Junior riders must have competed in at least SIX MNZ permitted club events.  Proof of this shall be from entries in the riders log book and can include up to a maximum of three one event licences or proof from results of Electronic Lap scored Events. The original copies of the licences must be supplied – no reproduction copies.

ENTRY NUMBERS:  Senior Support Class & MX3 – restricted to first 40 paid entries received. Riders competing in Championship classes can’t enter into Senior Support or MX3

CAMPING: Must be applied for and pre paid with online entry
NO DOGS:
 Dogs are not permitted at this venue and will be asked to leave

NO TEAR OFFS:
 Please note tear offs are not permitted at this venue (incl. biodegradable)
